Guava,apple and chilli juice (Best for Back Pain Easer )
Guava is a source of Vitamin C, and chilli helps in depleting substance P in sensory nerves.Turmeric is anti inflammatory and oats provide micro-polysaccharides, which help increase the lubricating fluids in bone joints.
ingredients (makes one glass)
1/2 cup rolls oats1/4 cup(60 ml) water
1 large guava peeled and chopped
1 apple chopped
1 serrano chilli chopped
1 inch fresh turmerric
Method
combine oats and water, soak 15 minutes .
Strain and squeeze the oats to extract all liquid ,
discard oats, reserving liquid.
In a juice extractor, process remaining ingredients/
then add to liquid.Mix well and serve.
